Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Goods for Life only shares personal data with third parties when necessary to fulfill our agreement with you, such as for payment processing, shipping services, or newsletter distribution, or when required by law. These parties act as processors on our instructions under a written processing agreement, and may not use your data for their own purposes.
The parties that receive your personal data are:
- StockHub (warehouse management system): receives your name, delivery address and order contents in order to register and prepare your order for dispatch.
- Avado Logistics (fulfilment partner): accesses your name and delivery address in order to pick, pack and dispatch your parcel, and passes the delivery address to the carrier for the shipping label.
- Carriers such as DHL and PostNL: receive your name, delivery address and, where provided, your email address or phone number in order to deliver your parcel and send you tracking updates.
- Payment providers: process your payment.
Orders Placed Through Online Marketplaces
We also sell through online marketplaces, including Amazon, Bol.com and Kaufland, under our brands Zoomble and Toys Hub. When you place an order with us on one of these marketplaces, we receive your order details and delivery information from that marketplace in order to fulfil your order.
The personal data we receive consists of your name, delivery address and the contents of your order, and where the marketplace provides it, a contact email address for order related messages. We use this data solely to process, fulfil and deliver your order, to handle returns, warranty claims and delivery disputes, and to meet our statutory record keeping obligations.
Marketplace order data is shared with the same processors listed above, StockHub and Avado Logistics, and with the carrier delivering your parcel, and with no one else. We do not use marketplace order data for marketing, advertising, profiling or automated decision making, we do not use it to train machine learning models, and we never sell, rent or otherwise transfer it to third parties.
We retain marketplace order data for as long as needed to handle returns, warranty claims and delivery disputes and to satisfy our statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted. Google User Data and Google API Services
Goods for Life operates its own internal tools that connect to Google services through Google API Services, using OAuth authorisation granted by our own staff accounts. These tools are used solely to manage our own business data, such as our advertising campaigns, website search performance, and website analytics.
The Google user data accessed is limited to data belonging to our own business accounts, including Google Ads campaign and performance data, Google Search Console search performance data, Google Analytics website traffic data, and Google Merchant Center product listing data. We do not access the Google account data of our customers or of any other person through these tools.
This data is used only to operate, analyse and improve our own webshop and advertising. It is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, it is not used for advertising to the individuals concerned, and it is not used to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Access is limited to authorised staff, and authorisation can be withdrawn at any time through the Google account security settings of the staff member concerned, which immediately ends our tools' access.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you have questions about how we handle Google user data, email us at info@zoomble.eu.
Zoomble and the TikTok API
The Zoomble application uses the TikTok API to publish video content to our own Zoomble TikTok account. We only access the TikTok account of the Zoomble brand itself, after that account has granted authorisation. We do not access, collect or store the personal data, content or account information of any other TikTok user.
Through this authorisation, Zoomble may access the basic profile information of our own account (username, display name and avatar) and the video content we upload ourselves. This data is used solely to publish and manage our own posts. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising profiling, or used to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Access tokens are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised staff. You can revoke the authorisation at any time in the TikTok app under Settings, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions, which immediately ends the access held by Zoomble.
Our use of information received from the TikTok API adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. To request deletion of data held by Zoomble, see our data deletion instructions or email info@zoomble.eu.
