Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our products, shipping, returns, and warranties. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How quickly will I receive an order?

Fast! Nothing is more important than delivery time. That's why you can see when we'll deliver your item before you order. Items that are in stock are usually delivered the next business day. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information. Ordered before 9 PM? Shipped today!

Is an order delivered free of charge?

Yes, your order will be delivered free of charge throughout the Netherlands. For deliveries to Belgium, we charge €2.95 in shipping costs.

What delivery options are there?

We send your package with DHL.

I can't find my order with Track & Trace, what now?

You click faster than the delivery company could process! Your Track & Trace code will be available the next day.

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

With money, of course  . And whichever method you choose, you'll pay securely.

  • iDEAL:  via your bank's trusted online payment environment
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro):  the amount will be reserved and only debited after your item has been delivered
  • Klarna Afterpay  (With Klarna Afterpay you only pay after you have received the item)
  • Fast checkout  (choose between Apple Pay or Google Pay).
  • Bancontact

Can I always pay afterwards?

Yes! You can pay with Klarna Afterpay. This means you only have to pay after you receive the item (within 14 days)!

How quickly will I get a refund after returning an item?

We'll refund you immediately after we've processed your return. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of being returned. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • iDEAL or pay later with Klarna : within 3 working days
  • Credit card : within 5 working days

How quickly will I be refunded after cancellation?

We'll refund you immediately after we've processed your cancellation. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on your payment method:

  • iDEAL : within 3 working days
  • Post-payment : you no longer have to pay
  • Credit card : the reservation will be cancelled after 3 days.

I received a payment reminder, what now?

If we haven't received payment, we'll help you remember.

ORDER

How do I order something from Zoomble?

In 3 simple steps:                 

1. Add an item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Review your order and enter your contact information. This includes your address, delivery date, contact details, and name.

3. Complete the payment. You can do this using any of the payment methods offered.

Was my order successful, because I haven't received any confirmation?

Is your order in your account? Then it worked.

If you ordered more than an hour ago and haven't received a confirmation and there's nothing in your account, please contact us. And don't worry: if your payment has been debited, we'll automatically refund you.

Can I still change the order I have already placed?

No. To protect your data, an order cannot be modified. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it.

I have a complaint. What can I do?

We're happy to resolve this for you! You can share a complaint about any of our products or services with us by emailing info@zoomble.nl. We'll always respond to all messages as quickly as possible.

How does my purchase contribute to the Outdoor Fund?

Every time you buy a product from Zoomble, we donate a portion of the proceeds to the Outdoor Fund. This means your purchase directly contributes to the protection and conservation of Dutch nature. By choosing Zoomble, you're not only helping yourself to high-quality products but also actively contributing to a greener and more sustainable future for all of us.

RETURNS

Can I return my item?

Return Policy:

Zoomble items always have a 30-day return period after receipt. After this period, the item must be received by us within 30 days of your return notification. The return period begins on the day you receive the item.  

The item is in good condition without signs of use and is in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay when returning?

We can answer that short and sweet: no! Returns are always free with us.

How do I return my items?

You can send an email to info@zoomble.eu with the subject line "Return order number" and state why you want to return the item. We'll take care of the rest!

REPAIR & WARRANTY

Do I have a warranty on my items?

Of course! We guarantee that you'll buy a Zoomble item that's in good condition and will work perfectly under normal use. All items come with a 1-year warranty! As long as you don't use your binoculars as a stool, they'll naturally remain covered by the legal warranty. If you experience any issues within the first year, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, this will involve a product repair, but in some cases, you'll receive a completely new item. This will all be determined in consultation with you!

What is the warranty certificate for my item?

Your invoice or proof of purchase also serves as your warranty certificate. So keep it in your email!

Is a repair free?

We'll repair your item free of charge within the warranty terms and period. Even outside the warranty period, we're happy to help. We'll repair your item for a fee, but we'll provide a cost estimate first. This allows you to decide whether or not you want to have it repaired. We're happy to discuss your options with you!
