How to request deletion of your data

Zoomble (Goods for Life) operates an application that connects to our own Instagram and Facebook business accounts. Through it we may process the following data about people who contact us on those platforms:

• your public profile name and handle
• the content of messages and comments you send to our accounts
• the date and time of that contact

We use this only to answer your question and to keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Requesting deletion

You can ask us to delete this data at any time, for any reason, and you do not have to explain why.

Send an email to info@zoomble.eu with the subject Data deletion request and tell us the Instagram or Facebook account name you used to contact us, so we can find the right conversation.

We confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required under the GDPR. We will tell you by email once it is done.

Removing the app's access yourself

You can also remove our application's access to your information directly on the platform:

• Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove the app
• Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, then remove the app

Removing access stops any future processing. To also delete data we already hold, send the email above.
